Oda Nails 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the order must be unused, unworn, unaltered and returned with every nail, accessory and piece of original packaging supplied.

Custom live orders

Custom press-on sets are eligible under this 30-day guarantee when they remain unused, unworn and unaltered. The live name or order code must be included with the request so we can match the confirmed design and payment.

Damaged, incorrect or not as confirmed

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the details confirmed during the live session, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement, return or refund.

How to request a return

1. Email support@MallGoAU.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval and the correct return address before sending anything.
3. Return the order with tracking and keep the receipt until the refund is completed.

Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed. Unless the item was damaged, incorrect or not as confirmed, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, plus any time required by your bank or payment provider.
