Shipping policy

Oda Nails Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available on Oda Nails orders of US$40 or more to supported destinations. Shipping charges for orders below US$40 are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–12 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Custom design confirmation and preparation occur before dispatch and may add processing time.

Supported destinations

We currently serve Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and New Zealand. Final address eligibility is confirmed during checkout.

Tracking and delays

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Carrier disruption, customs review, public holidays, severe weather and an incomplete or incorrect address may extend delivery beyond the estimate. Customs duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes

Email support@MallGoAU.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. An address cannot be changed after dispatch.
